Account Submission Methods


ACMI is pleased to offer its clients the following methods to submit debtor accounts:

 

Secure Online Placement:  Clients input their accounts directly from our home page, simply by clicking on the "Submit a debtor account" link, which generates a secure login prompt.  The client then completes and submits a simple placement form.  An automatic confirmation is generated and displayed in the client's browser window.  The account is electronically merged into our system within 24 hours. 

File Transfer Protocol (FTP):  Clients may utilize FTP for transferring their batches of accounts to ACMI.  The client is provided with secure logins.  The accounts are merged into our system within 24 hours, and a batch confirmation is mailed to the client.

Electronic Media Transfer:  Clients may opt to create an electronic spreadsheet (or use an existing ACMI template) to submit their accounts as encrypted email attachments.  The accounts are merged into our system within 24 hours, and the client receives a batch confirmation via U.S. Postal Service.

Traditional Media:  Clients may submit the accounts in traditional format, whereby they complete manual forms and submit the accounts via the mail or facsimile.  ACMI staff manually input the accounts into our system within 10 to 14 days.  A batch confirmation is generated and mailed to the client.  Due to the labor intensive nature of the placement, ACMI reserves the right to assess a fee for this method of account submission.
